‘Positive’,many people like but not everyone use that.Sometimes I also not too positive and always go with emotional.So the first thing how to become positive is with pay less attention to negative thing.This is because,we can become stress,mad and upset when we too think about that.We need to be more relaxing and handle that issue nicely.So that,we do not make the bad things.
